SpendAble and Xero's integration makes managing client and business spending simple, easy and hassle free
Data will automatically sync to Xero multiple times per day without you needing to do anything. Any updates to transactions in SpendAble will also reflect and update in Xero when the next sync occurs:
EXAMPLE
1. A transaction is completed but a receipt is not uploaded.
2. The transaction syncs to Xero without a receipt attachment
3. Later that day a receipt is uploaded to the transaction in SpendAble
4. When the next Xero sync occurs, the attachment will flow through to Xero and the transaction record in Xero will be updated
For a transaction to sync to Xero, the transaction must be labelled as 'SETTLED'. This means the transaction has been reconciled and approved by VISA. If a transaction is not 'SETTLED' it won't sync.
The other circumstance where a transaction won't sync is when a a transaction is made from a wallet which is not mapped to Xero. You can only push transactions to Xero that have been mapped to a Chart of Account or Tracking Category.
Yes — each transaction can be manually synced in the transaction tab. Simply click the Xero Sync button next to the corresponding transaction and it will flow through to Xero.
