You'll get an organisation account set up for you — free for your organisation. From there you can log in, upload receipts, view transactions and balances. You can also add your support workers and give them access to the card.
You don't need to cancel or change that. You can keep using SpendAble for client funds and use your other system for business expenses.
A support worker can have their own account when invited by you. Otherwise you can have a single account for your organisation where you log in and check balances or upload receipts.
SpendAble is most suited for people that cannot open and operate their own bank account. If you can do this, it may not be the right choice for you.
No. SpendAble doesn't change who manages their money — TAG still does. SpendAble is just the card they use day to day. The funds stay where TAG holds them; the card draws from a SpendAble wallet that gets topped up.
No. It's a Visa card that looks and works like any other Visa. The person at the checkout doesn't know it's SpendAble.
